I’m Mary Maloney—a Navy veteran, local agent, and founder of Hometown Realty. I have worked in North County real estate since 2003, and I still take seller conversations myself.

I served in the Navy, then built a real estate practice in North County San Diego. In 2005 I opened San Elijo Hills Realty. In 2007 I founded Hometown Realty, the name many local clients still know.
Today I work with eXp Realty of California. The brokerage changed; the work did not. I help homeowners understand the market, make the right preparation decisions, and present their property with intention.
